This Intensive programme is made up of three of my most popular services: the Mission, Vision and Values DIY mini course, the Find Your USP session and the .
But I know that you want to be able to use your USP in your online communications, so I’ve added a slot in the programme to look at incorporating it in a reange of situations.
We also look at brand tone of voice, using your USP clearly and consistently, and how to communicate it in different situations.
And because you’re ready to see results quickly, we do all of the work in 10 days. Then you leave with a three month content calendar so you know what to share when.
This is an intensive 1:1 programme to not only help you find your USP and define your difference, but be able to explain them in a range of situations and use them in your online communications.
The programme lasts for 10 days (delivered over two weeks, not including weekends).
Day 1: Content audit: what have you already got that communicates what you do? Can we develop it? [Format: Kick-off call, shared doc to track your content, I’ll review it with you]
Day 2: Mission, vision and values [DIY video and workbook, approx 1 hr]
Day 3: Feedback on your MVV, answer any qs, agree on content we can work on [Via email/Google doc/WhatsApp]
Day 4: USP 1:1. I’ll send you a series of questions in the morning, you answer them and we meet on Zoom for 20 minutes for a chat. I then compile a report and email to you
Day 5: Work together to agree USP, identify ways to communicate it (eg 60 second pitch, tagline, social media headline, bios etc. Zoom chat if required
Day 6: Brand TOV and style – worksheet
Day 7: Catch-up. Ask any questions or review what you have so far
Day 8: 1 hour ideas brainstorming session on Zoom to come up with ideas for new content and how to repurpose your best content we identified in the audit
Day 9: How to implement the CORE approach to make sure you and your audience are clear on what you do
Day 10: 3 month content calendar, final Zoom chat to sign off on everything

If you’ve already done the mission, vision and values mini course or the Find Your USP 1:1 session, the cost of either of those programmes will be discounted from this one. We can go through your results and refine them, or focus on something else.
I don’t! Our session only takes 20 minutes, and then I go through all of your responses and pick out the core themes that help me to identify your USP. You’ll get the report 24-48 hours after we meet.
